20 Deep squats

This is a great stretch for the hips and a great toning exercise for the thighs and buttocks. Stand with your feet slightly wider then shoulder width, and toes pointing out slightly. Sit down as low as you can go without your heels coming off the ground. If you're struggling to go very low then take your feet out wider. Hold at the bottom for 2 seconds then go up again and repeat 20 times. Quick tip: suck your tummy in to help stabalise and push your knees out to help activate your butt.
