Go down onto your hands as though you are going to do a 100m sprint with one foot forward and one foot back. Keeping your hands on the floor, switch your feet so the opposite foot is forward and the other one back. Do as many as you can in 30 seconds and post your result here. GO!

Oh... just finished an hours cardio and no snacks today... Im more like a squid in my seat rather than a person... couldnt lever on my bones if I tried...

Ok, didn't read it properly & set timer for 1 minute. Collapsed in a heap after 60 something. I like the stairs better, so did that again yesterday!
