burpees.....stand upright, go down into a squat hands on the ground, trust legs backwards, pull back to squat postion and finally stand upright again. if you're keen jump at the end of each burpee. do as many as you cqan in 1 minute and post the reults

26. I cheated a bit though becuase I didnt jump (my legs were too sore from Kung Fu last night).
