Shuttle Runs

Find two walls 5-10m apart. Jog from wall A to wall B then sprint back to wall A, drop down and do 5 press ups, then repeat 10 times. GO!

i did this after my own work out and it was very, very hard. i don't think i sprinted after number 4 but i did finish it!!!
