Anyone in this group can demand a short burst of exercise (less then 1 min) and everyone in the group MUST DO IT as soon as they receive the message.

Knees bent with heels close to butt. Arms across chest and chin tucked in. Curl up using the abs, hold for 2 seconds then drop slowly back down. Repeat 20 times....then do 20 again......then again. Good

That was a hard one, but good. Maybe we should encourage more Gimme20s with sets.

i to thought that was a very hard one, in fact i did 20, then 15, then 20, then 5!!
