20 squat thrusts: press up position, rapidly thrust legs to chest and out. 30 secs rest.
20 press ups, arms wide apart. 30 secs rest.
20 burpees ( as before )

That hurt!! The 1 minute limit has been officially thrown out the window. I love it. Bring on the new 2 minute gimmes.
