20 sit ups, 20 squats, 20 dips, twice through. Three times through if you have any crosses on this weeks 'My Plan'. Have a great weekend

Did a three hour hike over some steep-ish hills instead... `Brooklyn Wind Turbine to Sinclair Head (red rocks), down a gully and back along the beach road to Owhiro Bay... Hope that will siffice...
