What are we all doing this week to get in shape for max summer diving? I had a workout from H*ll last night with the *evil witch* - my personal trainer - and the Welly team are going to do a cardio hike over the hills on Thursday!

Nem and i headed to the pools lastnight...ended up doing i reckon about 80 lengths in total....so that was a good first effort...going to make it a weekly thing if anyone wants to come join....get us fit for summer!! I also went for a run yesterday morning that just about killed me...but the first few are always the worst or so they say....yowzer the bods a bit on the tender side today though!!! Looking forward to the hike tomorrow

This week I have three sessions with my personal trainer, I've played indoor football, I have an indoor netball game tomorrow, I'm planning to go to a spin class tonight and (hopefully) a dive on the weekend. I've rediscovered how much I love boxing so if anyone's got some gloves and pads I'd be keen for a hit.

i've been doing 30-40 mins of yoga each morning. i've got 8 students in the pool tonight - and then am diving all weekend. i havent been doing a lot of boxing training lately (i kinda skipped the corporate match to do my divemasters insteads) but i have kickboxing/boxing pads and gloves - and taught for about 6 months - so i am keen to have a smack with anyone, anytime
