Having got my recent house move out the way, i set about starting my program with the cross-trainer and starting workout Andy gave me. My God, i knew i was unfit and bad, but jeez! Andy the 3min warm-up on lvl 2 alone nearly killed me, i decided to stick to lvl 2 for 3x 4min sessions as a first time session. That was yesterday, and today i can hardly walk! Think i found some muscles my body had switched off. Think i will need to take it slow for a week or so, back at it later though. Assume i wont ache so much for ever? Lee

Nothing like a bit of muscle pain to remind you that your fitness isnt what it use to be. Definitely pull back on the resistance level and duration for a week or two until your body is use to the new exercise. You will be surprised how quickly your exercise tolerance increases. Hang in there, and keep up the great work!!

Thanks Andy, Still on my Hols right now. So just getting some walking done for the now. But i looking forward to getting back into the cross trainer when i get home this weekend. Heres to 2009, and damn its hot in Gisborne!
