Set goal of doing 50 press ups

Ben@impact has created a great new goal of doing 50 press ups in a row. I challenge all of you to add this to your list of goals and achieve it by the end of May. If you start by doing 10 press ups a day, and then increase the number by 10 each week you will reach it easily. Go for it!
