One leg forward, one leg back. Up on the back toes, drop your back knee towards the floor until it is one cm off the floor and then go back up. Repeat 20 times then switch legs and do again. No wimping out through fear of looking like a gimp this time Bandit. The first step on the road to mediocracy is a fear of looking stupid :).
