20 x Leg Lowering - GO!

Lie on your back. Point your legs straight up to the ceiling, keeping you knees straight. Pull your belly button in flatten your low back against the floor (helps to activate lower abs). Slowly lower the legs, keeping the knees straight, until your low back just starts to lift off the floor (probably be at about 45 degrees), then lift them back up to 90 degrees. Repeat 20 times. This one is hard so do it slowly and concentrate on keeping your low back on the floor.

i half did it as i'v egot a sore back from doing too much on my first day. it can only get better!

Definitely not an easy one, especially when muscles are already sore and fatigued. It will be an easy exercise tomorrow, I promise :).
