Lie face down on the ground with your forehead on your hands. Pull in your abs and squeeze your back muscles to lift your chest a few inches off the ground. If this is too easy, lift your feet up a few inches at the same time. Go!

I know we're supposed to do this as soon as we receive the email but I am having my one day a week off exercise today and sticking to it! Need to give those muscles a rest! I'll do them after my treadmill session in the morning. Have a good weekend all.
