Help Getting Started

It is pretty easy to get up and running (no pun intended) with The Naked Trainer. Simply follow the steps below to get started!

  • Step 1: Sign Up -- this is free and we do not ask for unnecessary personal information.
  • Step 2: On the Goals page Find or Add one or two health goals. Look at other members goals to get some ideas.
  • Step 3: On the Activities page Find or Add a handful of activities that you plan to do. Look at other members activities to get some ideas.
  • Step 4: On the My Plan page add your sex, age and activity level.
  • Step 5: Click on Edit Plan. On the activity table, click which activities you plan to do on each day. Change the food groups if you plan to eat different serving numbers from those recommended. Click on Save Changes.
  • Step 6: Return to the site at least once a week and on the My Plan page note both the planned and unplanned activities that you did and click on the food groups that you kept on task with. If you did not do a planned activity or food plan then leave it and it will turn into a cross after 7 days.
