Your weekly plan
You will need to sign up before you can edit or use your weekly plan.
Your plan is divided into two parts: the activities you plan to do each week, and the activities you have completed this week along with any unplanned activities.
Editing your plan
When logged in, click on the "my plan" tab, and then click the orange "Edit my plan".
You can now start planning your weekly exercises. Click on an empty cell to add the activity on that row to the day of that column. Click on a planned activity to remove it. This will not remove any completed activities for that day.
Viewing and updating your plan
Whenever you are logged in, clicking the "my plan" tab will take you to your plan for this week. Note that you cannot update any days in the future.
The grey ticks mark the activities you plan to do on the day of the week you plan to do them. Clicking on these ticks will mark the activity as completed. Once a planned activity has been marked as completed, you can switch between incomplete and complete by clicking on the icon again.
You can add any activities you have done this week but haven't planned by clicking on any empty cell. You can remove these unplanned activities by clicking on the cell again.
