I was always a pretty active person during my College years with soccer and athletics. Over the last 4 years however the Uni workload has taken its toll (at least that WAS my excuse) and I had too much fun (read beer and fast food). With summer looming and a trip to San Fran planned for this time next year, a month ago I decided enough was enough and joined a gym. I LOVE IT! 4 weeks and 5lbs of protein shakes later and I think I saw my first hint of an ab in 4 years! GAME ON!
